Volunteer

PTSA Leaders help to shape the direction of school communities.
Step up to leadership or volunteer for a committee and help us lead our PTSA, and our school, into the future.

PTSA is a volunteer-based organization.  Parents, family, and community members are encouraged to become involved at Poway High by volunteering on the Poway High PTSA.  Many volunteer oppportunities exist to enable you to connect with other parents, students and staff.   We believe volunteers are a valuable part of Poway High PTSA and contribute to the success of PHS students.

Serving on the PTSA board or chairing a committee is a great way to get involved at Poway High. The PTSA is looking for parents/guardians who would like to get involved in their child's journey through the high school world.  The PHS PTSA parents are inclusive, positive, and dedicated to enhancing the 9th - 12th grade years.  Parents/gardians that serve on the PHS PTSA not only help to make their child's high school experience an amazing one, but have more opportunities to meet and network with other parents within the Poway High community.

By attending PTSA meetings, you also get to hear directly from the principal, learn about all the amazing programs and events as they are planned, and give your input on them.

Please contact us for more information about serving on the executive board and chairing or supporting a committee. You may also complete this online interest form and a board member will contact you.

Visit the PUSD website for current information and forms that all volunteers may need.
